We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the front of house in the absence of the General Manager in a hands-on role. This includes the preparation of drinks, till operating, deli counter duties, such as cheese and meat cutting, and general customer assistance. As the manager on duty, they will be responsible for either opening or closing the shop, with tasks including ordering, goods-receiving, merchandising, team and HACCP management.
Applicants should have a keen interest in food and drink as well as a background in customer service. Some team management experience is also essential if you're to hit the ground running.
Salary will be dependent on experience between £23-25k
